- 4 phases: NOW (Design Proposal), NEXT (Build & Ship), THEN (Friends First), SOMEDAY (Beyond Friends — Go Live)
- NOW phase is highlighted with active-phase styling — tron blue border, gradient background
- Vertical phase markers on desktop (NOW/NEXT/THEN/SOMEDAY), horizontal on mobile
- Men pay. — pricing model: women never pay, men fund the platform, affordable, pay based on ability
- 48px side padding on desktop, 0 on mobile — matches Activity, Dev Artifacts, Release Notes
